East Coast Run Project

Who We Are

WHO ARE YOU?
East Coast Run Project is Coach Meredith O’Brien’s dream team.   We’re tenacious, resilient runners who battle to reach our goals and celebrate in fine fashion

WHAT DO YOU DO?
Coach Meredith exists solely to build better athletes. With bold training plans that are not only effective but fun (because what’s a track workout without a solid bout of nausea?) ECRP will guide you on your journey to any goal with lively wit, resolute dedication and endless cheerleading.

WHY DO YOU DO IT?
Running is awesome, that’s why. And really, why not? Anyone can be a contender. Whether you’re looking to run your very first mile or qualify for the Boston Marathon, progress is an amazing reward. There’s nothing quite like seeing someone do better than the last time.

ANYONE?
Yes, anyone. Kids, teens, adults and octogenarians. Runners, soccer players and baseballers. If your sport or spirit makes you move faster than a walk, we’re here. Because where you start doesn’t matter. If you’re ready to work hard and brave the challenges of a tough training cycle with a little laugher every day, you’ll be Coach Meredith’s best friend in minutes.

HOW DO YOU DO IT?
With knowledge garnered from years of trial, error, injury and success in the gym and on the road, as well as USATF Level I, Crossfit Endurance and ACSM Personal Trainer certifications, Coach Meredith just knows things. Using elements of multiple theories, robust training plans are built for each individual athlete based on their specific needs with special focus on reducing injury risk while reaching maximum potential. Strength training, yoga, mobility and nutritional guidance accompany every goal based, but adjustable, schedule.
