Beach Boot Camp
 
Program Beach Boot Camp is an outdoor, beach and boardwalk based group exercise program. It is designed to improve fitness levels, build relationships and have fun. Class will include strength training, short distance running, flexibility work and core conditioning. You will learn about healthy lifestyle management, improve your physical and mental health, tone muscles, burn body fat and increase stamina.
 
  You will receive nutritional guidance and email support throughout the program.

  Mondays 7:30am - 8:20am
  Wednesdays 7:30am - 8:20am
  Fridays 7:30am - 8:20am
 
* Note - Classes start May 1, 2017.
 
Fit Tests 1st of every month
 
Cost $20 per class
  1 Class per week (4 per month) - $70 per month
  2 Classes per week (8 per month)- $115 per month
  3 Classes per week (12 per month)- $160 per month
  10 Class Pass (valid for 60 days)- $180
 
You'll Need:   You are responsible for bringing sun block, water, appropriate
  shoes and a towel.
 
Registration:   Schedules change, so if you can't make it to your originally selected day, you can always come to another session. For example, you are going out of town for a week and are registered for two classes per week, you may attend three classes the week before and three classes the week after.
 
Note * Monthly enrollment fees take into account one cancellation per month, but additional missed classes will be made up at the most convenient time for the most participants. Class will be held in rain, heat and snow unless there is lightening or a heat index over 100 degrees.
 
  Classes will not be held on holidays including, but not limited to, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas, New Year’s Day and Veteran’s Day.
